Full Bleed Mount

• The full-bleed mount keeps framing clean and simple since the artwork is mounted directly to the frame's edge. Acrylic spacers or shadowbox spacers can be added to keep acrylic away from artwork.
  

Float Mount:

• This technique creates depth and drama by placing artwork on top of an uncut mat. It leaves 1" to 1.5" of space between the edge and the frame. Shadowboxes or acrylic spacers prevent the image from touching the acrylic. To create more dramatic shadows beneath the art, a hidden lift is used for mounting.

Frame Only
You measure your art and choose your frame. We’ll build it to order while your art stays with you. Your order includes instructions and materials to secure your art and hang your frame.

Already have the art and only need a frame? Our frames can be ordered with or without purchasing artwork from us.

Artworks are individually packaged and shipped via FedEx. FedEx has approved and tested shipping materials to prevent damage in transit. Once complete, you’ll receive a shipping and delivery notification for your frame or print.

Timeline

• Please allow 14-21 business days for your framed item to ship. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Rates

• Domestic: We offer a flat domestic shipping rate of $20.
• International: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and artwork dimensions, weight, and value.

• We use archival mat boards made from cotton that is acid-free.
  
• Plexi is the industry standard and offers more UV protection than glass. Additional benefits include less reflection and glare, and it's lighter and less breakable compared to glass. Our standard UV plexi filters ~85-89% of UV and 92% of light.

Artwork Dimensions

To calculate the final dimensions of the framed artwork, add the following amount of space.

• Floating mounts increase the size of unframed artwork by three inches
  
• A full bleed mount adds 1.5" to the size of an unframed artwork

Frame Dimensions:

• Frame Face: 75" in.
• Frame Depth: 1.25" in.
• Rabbet: 1" in

All frames include ready-to-hang hardware.

We use one of four types of hardware on frame backs, depending on the frame size, weight, and collection.

Corner Hangers

• Each frame arrives with two V-shaped metal brackets installed on the top left and right corners of the back, with a hook for each hanger.
  

Wire Hardware

• Each frame arrives with the wire attached to two metal rings or plates and includes two sets of hooks and nails, each graded to support 35 lbs. Only one set of hooks and nails is needed; however, if you'd like your frame to hang closer to the wall, a second hook and nail can be installed to reduce the slack.
  

Sawtooth

• Each frame arrives with sawtooth hardware pre-installed and includes a wall screw for hanging.

French Cleat

• Each frame arrives with a pre-assembled wooden strainer, an unattached 45-degree matching wood cleat, and a screw for installation.

To clean, use lukewarm water and mild soap with a soft cloth. Avoid products containing ammonia.
