Artwork Rentals

1. Rental Fee

  • You agree to pay 10% of the artwork’s retail price per month plus a $200 handling & rental fee per order.

  • The $200 fee covers preparation, handling, and administrative work.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the date you receive the artwork and ends on the agreed return date.

  • Extensions must be approved in writing and will be charged at the same monthly rate.

  • A one-month minimum rental applies, even if you return the artwork early.

3. Return of Unused Artwork

  • You have 48 hours from the pickup date to return any artwork you are not using.
    Artwork returned after this 48-hour window will be billed at the full rental rate.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery, pickup, and installation fees are billed separately and will be quoted in advance.

  • Any special handling (e.g., oversized pieces, stairs, tight access) must be disclosed before delivery.

5. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of 50–100% of the artwork’s retail value may be required before delivery.

  • The deposit will be returned after the artwork is inspected and confirmed to be in original condition.

6. Insurance

  • You may be required to provide proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) naming PCP as the loss payee for the full retail value of the artwork.

7. Loss or Damage

  • You are responsible for the full retail price of any artwork that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.

  • If repairable, you will cover the full cost of professional restoration.

8. Use & Location

  • Artwork must remain at the agreed location and may not be moved or sub-rented without our written permission.

  • Artwork must not be altered in any way.

9. Sales During Rental

  • If a client wishes to purchase a rented artwork, we reserve the right to end the rental early with at least 4 days  notice.

  • You will be charged rental fees up to the date of pickup.

10. Return Condition

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping.

  • All hanging hardware, certificates, and accessories must be returned.
