28th - Last day to place framed orders (U.S. orders only)

8th - Last day to place international USPS Priority Mail orders
11th - Last day to place international UPS orders
17th - Last day to place international DHL orders
18th - Last day to place standard shipping orders for Alaska and Hawaii
20th - Last day to place standard shipping orders for U.S. (except Alaska and Hawaii)
25th - Christmas Day!
*The dates provided are an estimated timeline for receiving your holiday gifts in time for Christmas Day. Ordering by these deadlines does not guarantee that you will receive your order in time as we do not have control over unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or lost items.

FedEx Ground for domestic framed orders. FREE!
Domestic Shipping
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier for all domestic shipments. Shipping rates vary based on location.
Priority Mail (3-6 Business Days)

Framed Orders
Each frame is custom made with the utmost care, please allow 15-24 business days to receive your order via USPS or FED-EX. At this time, framing is only available for customers within the USA.
International Shipping
PCP uses DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipments. Shipping rates and options vary based on location.
DHL Express (2-6 business days)

Priority Mail International (7-12 business days)
* Insurance and tracking fees are included in your shipping cost.
Fees are determined and collected per specific country. PCP is not responsible for duties and/or taxes on shipments.
Shipping Time
Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with the exception of national holidays.
Generally, orders will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. 95% of the time, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Priority Mail orders placed after 10am PST will ship the following shipping day. The cutoff for Express shipments is 12pm PST. Orders placed after that will ship the following shipping day. We are not responsible for USPS delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
P.O. and APO Delivery
PCP can deliver to P.O. boxes as well as APO addresses using USPS.
Returned Shipments & Lost Shipments
All packages returned to PCP by USPS, either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges again before PCP re-ships the package.
PCP is NOT responsible for package lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it- the customer will need to file a report with USPS directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is placed. You can login to the order status page on our website and see the current status of your order. Packages can also be tracked via USPS's tracking service using your tracking number. Please Note: Sometimes, the package travels faster than the website is able to update. If you don’t see your package in route, please be patient.
