1. Prints

a. Print Releases
Prints are released arbitrarily. By signing up for our mailing list (link), you will be notified when new prints become available. We are not responsible for email junk folder delivery. We will not take special requests or orders over the phone and we cannot contact you individually when prints are released.

b. Authentication
All prints are signed by the artist and will come with a certificate of authentication, shipped with the print. One authentication will be sent per print and we cannot replace lost or damaged certificates.

c. Availability
Prints on PCP are likely to sell out fast. Sometimes, prints sell out the same day they are released. If you hesitate to purchase a print there is chance that the print will no longer be available.

d. Print Quality
PCP uses top-quality paper grade and inks. Due to the nature of screenprinting, each print is slightly different, with small variations in color, ink coverage, etc.

2. Payment

b. Sales Tax
All orders shipped within California will be charged the standard state sales tax of 7.25%. If you are ordering from another state or country other than the United States, you will not be charged a sales tax.

c. Exchange Rates All payments are taken in the U.S. dollar. All international payments will be taken at the current exchange rate. For current exchange rates visit: http://www.exchangerate.com/, although can not be held responsible for inaccuracies in information given by an external website.

3. Shipping

a. Domestic Shipping
PCP uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic shipments. Shipping rates vary based on location. We have two USPS Domestic Shipping options, Priority Mail (2-5 days) and Express Mail (2 days). Insurance and tracking fees are included in your shipping cost. You will receive tracking information via email. You can also login to the order status page on the website and see the status of your order. All prints can be tracked via USPS's tracking service.

b. International Shipping
PCP uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipments. Shipping rates vary based on location. We have three USPS International Shipping options, Express Mail International (3-5 days), Priority Mail International (6-10 days) and First Class International (1-2 weeks). Insurance and tracking fees are included in your shipping cost on Express and Priority shipments only. PCP is not responsible for duties and/or taxes on shipments. Fees are determined and collected by each specific country.

c. Shipping Time
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, with the exception of national holiday's. You will receive tracking information and all prints can be tracked via USPS's tracking service via email with exception to International First Class Shipments. You can also login to the order status page on the website and see the status of your order.

d. P.O. and APO Delivery
PCP can deliver to P.O. boxes as well as APO addresses using USPS.

e. Returned Shipments
All packages returned to PCP by the United States Postal Service either because of insufficient addresses or attempted deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will have to repay shipping charges again, before PCP re-ships the package.

4. Returns & Refunds

No returns, exchanges or refunds permitted with the exception of damaged prints. If print is damaged upon receival and you wish for a refund or exchange, you must report the damaged print to us within 72 hours of receipt via email. Prints not reported within 72 hours are not subject to a refund or exchange. The print must be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery. We are not responsible for lost prints that are being returned to us so you need to supply us with a tracking number for the returned shipment. If you wish to exchange and we don't have the same print available, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Refunds will take up to 10 days to clear in your account.

5. Security

a. Order Security
We make protecting your privacy a priority. All PCP orders are sent over secure connections using SSL to make sure your credit card and personal information are safe and secure.

b. Information Security
We do not sell your user information to anyone. All data received during ordering is specifically used to fulfill orders.

6. Terms

PCP accepts no responsibility or liability for the information provided on this website, and cannot be held responsible for actions arising from its use. Some of the content on this site is for adults only. PCP accepts no responsibility for any offence the content may cause. Use this site at your own risk.
