RAINBOW CITY / ART BASEL / MIAMI
FriendsWithYou are excited to announce the second installment of RAINBOW CITY! Coming to life this Art Basel 2010, December 2 – 5, in the heart of Miami’s Design District. Comprised of over 4o interactive inflatable sculptures ranging from 10 – 40 feet in size, Rainbow City is an environmental installation addressing the potency of interaction, ritual, and play.
FIELD OF DREAMS
The Fubon Art Foundation commissioned FriendsWithYou to create Field of Dreams, a 200 ft art piece to cover the facade of the Fubon Financial Building in Taipei, Taiwan! The piece will be on exhibit through July, 2011.
N*E*R*D
Over the past few months, FriendsWithYou has done several amazing projects with N*E*R*D, from music videos, the official N*E*R*D website & apparel, to live experiences and custom art pieces. The collaboration keeps building!
DADARHEA x OHWOW
The OHWOW gallery and artists Devin Flynn & Jim Drain presented Dadarhea, a freeform video workshop with a group of guest artists who pride themselves on confounding their audiences, allowing them to employ animation, live-action video, musical performance, and any and all improvised and questionable behavior. FriendsWithYou joined forces with Jen Stark & Alvaro Ilizarbe to create ritual performances called OHWOWIES, The Magical Goat, & Triplet.

Stanley Downwood, graphic artist famous in part for his collaboration with Thom Yorke and Radiohead, will be showing his art in a solo exhibition at Mondo Bizzarro Gallery in Rome, Italy from October 21st to November 30th.
